The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel location was convenient as it was close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff was polite and helpful when needed.
The room was not very clean. There was dust on the furniture, the bathroom floor was not properly cleaned, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room.

The staff are very nice and friendly. I lost my hat and a bag on the bus and the staff tried their best help me to find it out from bus company. And even let their staff to pick them up from bus company. I also very impressed with the pool on the top floor, where has very nice sea view. Though we only spend 1 night, my daughter and I both like the hotel very muh.
It will be better if a thinner quilt can be provided. The current one is too thick that we have to put the air-condition to be colder.

Great location, close to shopping mall, dfs, drug store and subway station. Good view, even possible to see the sunset. Comfortable bed, and brand new bathroom with plenty of hotel products. Very useful for ladies. Friendly and professional staffs.
Poor fridge in the room. We have to put our milk to hotel kitchen with the help from staff. Air conditioner is very noisy, even under sleeping mode.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is located just off the monorail station and in close proximity to the central area of the city. It's also a great location to go to Zamami island. the room is clean with good bathroom amenities and the staff is friendly. the hotel has laundry facilities and a printer that guests can use free of charge.
There were not many options for breakfast and it became monotonous after a few days.
